We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please give us a call if you need any specific information.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery times for you based on the availability of your items and your chosen shipping options. Depending on the shipping service you choose, estimated delivery dates may appear on the shipping pricing page.

Shipping Policy

Inflatable Figure warranty info:

All Inflatable Industries brand Air Dancers, Air Wavers attachments are covered by our 3 month limited warranty (from the date of purchase). Warranty only covers Inflatable Industries considered product defect. Inflatable Industries reserves the final right to grant warranty approval. User is responsible for all warranty return shipping. Cases will not be approved for misuse, neglect, or user error. Approved warranty cases will be issued a replacement unit.

Blower Warranty info

All Inflatable Industries brand blowers are covered by our 1 year, limited warranty (from the date of purchase). Warranty only covers Inflatable Industries considered product defect. Inflatable Industries reserves the final right to grant warranty approval. User is responsible for all warranty return shipping. Cases will not be approved for misuse, neglect, water damage or user error. Approved warranty cases will be issued a replacement unit.

Custom Air Dancer & Wavers Take roughly 5-10 days to produce. However, these timelines can fluctuate throughout the year based on our current order volume and holidays. In addition to production time, shipping times would need to be factored in. We ship from Woodland Hills CA, and shipping times can range anywhere from 1-6 days depending on where in the USA you are located. If our shipping carrier loses your order we will open an investigation on that package.

All returns are required to email us at sales@inflatable.industries (order number, your phone number, state the reason for the return.) Once you do this, you will then be contacted by a Inflatable Industries employee within 2 business days.

All Inflatable Industries products are quality tested and inspected before delivery. Customers may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of product arrival date. 

No returns (for any reason) are accepted on custom orders (air dancers, air wavers, flags, giant inflatables, banners, sidewalk signs, inserts, etc).

Returns Policy

Step 1:Remove your figure from carrying case and lay out on the ground.
Step 2:Snuggly attach figure around the Velcro mounts on blower.
Step 3:Plug blower in to a standard outlet (110v). Blower comes with 8ft electrical cord.
Step 4:Turn power switch on.

Fabric for making - Oxford.

We use the highest quality fabric.

The figure are sewn from high-density technical fabrics with moisture-proof impregnation designed for 4 seasons, the fabric has good tear resistance and is quickly repaired.

The product can be washed with water and mild detergent if needed.
Do not expose to harsh weather conditions (storms, high winds, etc.)
Make sure to store away properly when not in use
